HI!
So, I really hope you like eating just as much as I do, beacuse if not, we are not going to get along well. Food is key to surviving and happiness. I love cooking and baking, both make feel like I am a kitchen fairy. A week ago I decided to bake some muffins for my boyfriend, beacuse he spent the weekend at my place, and everyone knows that the best way to keep a man is to feed him. My Love always tells me to make food for him 'cause just like me, he loves eating too. Long story short, I grabbed my "155 muffins" book full of receipes and started thinking about what I wanted to make. Muffins are easy and I definetely wanted something that is "Fall Themed" so what could be better than pumpkins?! Well, chocolate! So I combined these two, and created something AMAZING! Let's just move on to what you are going to need:
Ingredients:
I picked a simple mug and used that to measure all the ingredients!
- 2 & 1/2 mug FLOUR (dry)
- 2 whole CHOCOLATE BARS (dry)
- 1/2 teaspoon SALT(dry)
- 1 teaspoon BAKING SODA (dry)
- 1/2 mug OIL (liquid)
- 1 mug pumpkin puree (liquid)
- 2 tablespoons SUGAR (liquid)
- 2 teaspoons CINNAMON (dry)
- 2 EGGS (liquid)
1.: First and foremost, carefully cut the pumpkins into smaller pieces and put it in the oven for about 30-45 minutes. 2.: Cut the chocolate bars into small pieces, and mix all the dry ingredients together in a big bowl. 3.: Take the pumpkins out of the oven and let it cool. 4: Mix all the liquid ingredients together ,without the pumpkin of course. 5.: Once the pumpkins are cold, with the help of a spoon carve the pumpkin out of its skin/shell ( an amount that fills up your mug) and put it into a blender and blend it until it looks like a puree. Than mix it with all the other liquids. 6.: After you mixed ALL the liquidy ingredients together with the help of a robot machine, mix it all together with the DRY ingredients, by slowly adding more and more L to the D ingredients. 7.: Put it into your muffin cups and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes and you are done!
It is really delicious and easy to make, now here comes the pics, so it will be a bit more understandable. PS: Thanks to my boyfriend for taking the pictures for me, even when I forced him to do them. Love you. & sorry for having a few pictures upside down, and on the pics I wrote tablespoon instead of teaspoon SORRY!
Hope you enjoyed it, and so will your yummy muffins! Until next time follow me on social media, to see what I'm up to!
